DEADLINES AND DELIVERY Deadlines will be discussed with the client as it helps keep me on track. If the Commission is time-sensitive, a rush fee may be applied, to be defined and agreed upon, prior to the start of the commission. USE The client cannot use the commissioned artwork[s] as NFT or profits associated with crypto currency. The client cannot use the commissioned artwork[s] for AI machine learning, such as creation of LoRAs, LyCORIS or any other related tools. Please credit me when using my work. I (the artist) have the right to use/sell the finished commissions as part of my portfolio/artbook/website/social media/individual prints. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS As the Artist, I still retain copyright, redistribution, and intellectual property rights. which includes but is not limited to display, advertise, and print. Allowing myself to post the work and work in progress on website, social media, portfolios, stream, and more (unless disclosed in NDA, I will post after the the client posts the work). REFUNDS The client has the right to a full refund of the deposit before the work has started. The client has the right to request a refund at the beginning stages of the sketch but I will keep %20 of the quoted price that was provided.
